While these terms originally described plant structure, today they are used to predict the general effects:

• Indica: Typically associated with relaxing, calming, and body-focused effects ("in da couch"). Best for evenings.

• Sativa: Generally associated with energizing, uplifting, and head-focused effects. Best for daytime or creative activities.

• Hybrid: A mix of both, offering a balanced effect. We focus less on these old categories and more on the Terpene Profile (see Q4), which is a much more reliable predictor of your experience!
